Work sample
For most positions, we will ask you to complete a skills-based take-home challenge to showcase your strengths and how you would manage scenarios you could face day to day in the role. It should be of the highest quality possible.
Interviews
You will have the life-altering opportunity to meet the Hiring Manager and a variety of stakeholders across the business, who will focus on technical, competency, and values-based interviews.

Internship Program:
We believe in providing valuable internship opportunities that offer practical learning experiences. To cover the expenses associated with hosting our internship program, we implement a nominal deduction(around ₹7500) from the final payment to interns. This deduction helps us maintain the quality and effectiveness of our internship initiatives while ensuring that interns gain valuable insights and skills during their tenure with us.
